Job Summary

Drive revenue and wallet share for a customer portfolio within corporate and institutional banking, while safeguarding credit quality and balancing risk and return. Coordinate origination and execution across in-country banking products, build the franchise in the market, and identify event-driven opportunities with sector/country expertise. Manage client relationships as a trusted advisor, use CRM tools (CME) to support front coverage, and partner with Credit Risk Management to ensure compliant credits and effective exit/rehabilitation strategies.

Key Responsibilities

•Maximize revenues of the customer portfolio and increase the Bank’s share of customer wallets.
•Maintain high credit quality and mitigate hidden risks across evolving banking products.
•Assist Associate Director/Director by coordinating origination and execution activities and building franchise value and reputation in the market.
•Drive achievement against targets for revenue generation, product alignment, customer satisfaction, and cost containment.
•Coordinate the Customer Service Team (CST) coverage, manage client meetings with product partners, and support compliance/internal control and regulatory/compliance leadership.

Key Requirements

•Coordinate origination and execution of in-country activities across a spectrum of banking products/services.
•Combine client relationship management with strong risk assessment to maintain required credit quality and returns on risk.
•Establish rapport with clients’ management teams and provide advisory-led, value-added services using updated sector knowledge and market intelligence.
•Provide analytical support and strong PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
•Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills, teamwork, and understanding of risk management and credit mitigants.
