Key Responsibilities

•Develop detailed cost estimates (CAPEX or OPEX, owner costs, etc.) for assigned projects.
•Evaluate costs for scope changes, contractor claims, and project delays.
•Review change requests and determine material requirements, handling, and routing of tasks to stakeholders.
•Participate in coordination meetings with clients and other stakeholders.
•Engage in negotiations with clients and contractors to resolve contract changes and claims.

Key Requirements

•3-4 years of relevant experience in project estimation.
•Experience on industrial or mining projects is preferred.
•Bilingualism is required (French and English) due to engagement with anglophone clients/partners.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including reporting, review, and proofreading.
•Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
