Key Responsibilities

  • •Support, maintain, and troubleshoot RHEL, Rocky Linux, Ubuntu, and related Linux platforms in large-scale enterprise environments.
  • •Develop and maintain automation scripts using Ansible, Python, and Bash to improve operational efficiency and consistency.
  • •Support Linux workloads across virtualization and container platforms, including VMware and OpenShift Virtualization.
  • •Perform root-cause analysis and resolve issues across OS, compute, storage, network, monitoring, and automation layers.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures while meeting availability, security, compliance, and operational discipline expectations.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of relevant work experience in enterprise environments, or 2+ years with a Bachelor’s degree (or 5+ years relevant experience).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering field.
  • •Strong experience supporting RHEL 8-10, Rocky Linux 8-10, and/or Ubuntu 18.04-22.04 platforms.
  • •Hands-on Linux system administration including troubleshooting, patching, performance analysis, and lifecycle support.
  • •Experience with automation/scripting and platform technologies including Ansible, Python, Bash, VMware, OpenShift Virtualization, Linux containers, SELinux, and Docker.
