Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a strong client experience by engaging clients in person and over the phone and understanding the impact of interactions on clients and teammates.
  • •Identify financial wellness opportunities during client conversations and deliver customized recommendations and product solutions.
  • •Open personal and business accounts and assist with related deposit and lending products (as described in the role).
  • •Achieve individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals while working with branch teammates and line-of-business partners to acquire and deepen client relationships.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures and support branch operations as needed, including Teller-line assistance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED, or equivalent business experience.
  • •1+ year experience developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources; sales experience is more important than financial services experience.
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office including Word, Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing).
