Support the daily leadership of a Crocs retail store, driving world-class consumer service and meeting performance metrics. Manage opening/closing procedures, educate the team on products and promotions, and coordinate daily priorities and store deadlines. Help execute retail operations including POS system management, stock replenishment, pricing/markdowns, loyalty promotion, visual presentation, and asset protection. Build relationships with consumers, teammates, and the community while representing the Crocs brand.
