Job Summary

Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary, capital investment water projects as a client-side project manager. Manage governance, risk, quality and contracts; mentor and develop junior colleagues; build strong client relationships and help drive bid submissions. Deliver projects across inception to commissioning within NEC-based frameworks, ensuring quality, cost and time targets while collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the successful delivery of multi-disciplinary complex projects within collaborative delivery teams.
•Provide effective support and mentoring to Project Managers, Graduates and Apprentices.
•Establish and maintain governance arrangements for the delivery of projects, defining clear roles, responsibilities and accountabilities.
•Client-side project management, including stakeholder, H&S, risk, quality, schedule, and contract management.
•Ensure projects are delivered to the client’s satisfaction for quality, cost, and time.

Key Requirements

•Infrastructure project management experience (Water industry experience desirable).
•Experience with NEC suite of contracts (PSC and ECC), ideally NEC ECC Accredited.
•Experience working in integrated, multi-organisation, collaborative teams.
•Excellent communication and organisational skills.
•Experience in preparing bid submissions and relationship-building with clients and stakeholders.
