•Deliver hands-on People Operations expertise combined with AI and automation tools to optimize workflows across the employee lifecycle.
•Own end-to-end People processes (onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and data governance) and identify the highest-value automation opportunities.
•Drive the People Operations automation roadmap across multiple workstreams, with department-wide implications.
•Create measurable improvements to internal stakeholder and candidate experience using AI-enabled processes.
•Bridge People Operations and IT by scoping and integrating automation solutions, and coordinate project delivery.

•Comfortable managing and prioritizing requests through a structured ticketing workflow (e.g., Jira).
•Demonstrated ability to build AI tools or agents and embed AI into key workflows; can design, build, and test production-grade automations without engineering support.
