Key Responsibilities

•Lead delivery of major highways and transport infrastructure projects from planning and tender phases through to delivery and project completion
•Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality technical and commercial outcomes
•Contribute to design management and project delivery across complex road, motorway and civil infrastructure projects
•Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors and internal stakeholders across major transport projects
•Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a collaborative and high-performing culture

•Commercial awareness with the ability to manage competing priorities and project deliverables
