Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead delivery of major highways and transport infrastructure projects from planning and tender phases through to delivery and project completion
  • •Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality technical and commercial outcomes
  • •Contribute to design management and project delivery across complex road, motorway and civil infrastructure projects
  • •Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors and internal stakeholders across major transport projects
  • •Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a collaborative and high-performing culture

Key Requirements

  • •8–10 years’ experience across highways, roads or major transport infrastructure projects
  • •Experience in Project Management and/or Design Management within multidisciplinary infrastructure environments

  • •Experience working on projects for major transport authorities or infrastructure clients across Australia
  • •Commercial awareness with the ability to manage competing priorities and project deliverables
