Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver high-quality mechanical design solutions for major building projects across ANZ.
  • •Lead mechanical design packages on client projects, supporting technical delivery of HVAC and building services systems.
  • •Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality across calculations, specifications, and detailed design documentation.
  • •Work with senior engineers and project leaders to provide coordinated mechanical design solutions on complex projects.
  • •Guide and mentor graduate and junior engineers, supporting technical development and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Professional engineer registration (Chartered Engineer) or actively working toward chartership.
  • •Up to 9+ years’ experience in a Building Services consultancy, or significant mechanical engineering design experience in Mechanical Contracting.
  • •Proven record delivering mechanical engineering design across building services projects.
  • •Strong understanding of Building Services systems and Australian Standards, with ability to share technical knowledge with clients and teams.
  • •Experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
