Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and validate capacity models and capital plans to assess cost-effective factory loading needs.
  • •Coordinate tool installation and locations with facilities personnel and area engineers.
  • •Leverage AI to apply industrial engineering and data engineering skills to master data modeling and optimize capacity and capital scheduling.
  • •Deploy project management and constraint debottlenecking strategies to help the factory achieve manufacturing targets.
  • •Present factory constraints using visualization methods, collaborate across stakeholders on trade-offs, and integrate AI-assisted tools into daily work to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelors degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Computer engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • •At least 2 years demonstrating leadership skills via university or other co-curricular activities.
  • •Advance verbal fluency plus effective written communication and presentation skills.
  • •Proficiency in M365 Apps, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • •Experience or strong familiarity with AI-driven solutions (including Generative AI/Agentic AI) and basic digital/AI literacy for research, analysis, and problem-solving.
