Job Summary

As a Skincare Specialist, you’ll be a key team member who educates and inspires customers to discover and choose the right skincare products. You’ll build strong client relationships through consultations on routines, treatment options, and preventive measures, stay current on skin trends and new products, and support your team by applying your skincare knowledge as a specialist. The role also requires consistent availability during the busiest trading days.

Key Responsibilities

•Inspire and help customers become the best version of themselves by discovering Sephora’s skincare selection.
•Educate clients on skincare routines, treatment options, and preventive measures.
•Observe and stay current on new products and the latest skin trends and techniques.
•Build and maintain relationships with customers and fellow team members.
•Support other team members as a specialist by applying your skincare background and (favorable) leadership experience.

Salary: 30.68 hourly

Key Requirements

•Enjoy educating clients on skincare routines, treatment options, and preventive measures.

•Hold a certificate or qualification in skincare (highly desirable), or a certificate/diploma in skincare (highly desirable).
•Be consistent and reliable with attendance, including availability Thursday to Sunday (including late-night and weekends).
