Job Summary

Lead BIM and information management delivery for the Structures business within GCC, acting as the focal point for structure-related BIM activities. Support implementation of Middle East BIM strategy and information management standards aligned to ISO 19650, ISO 19650 workflows, and structured information delivery. Drive BIM consistency across multidisciplinary projects through BEPs/IDPs, project mobilisation, model coordination, compliance monitoring, and technical guidance—while mentoring BIM coordinators and enabling digital delivery improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the BIM and Information Management lead for the Structures business within GCC, supporting project teams and discipline leaders.
•Support implementation of Middle East BIM strategy, digital delivery objectives, and information management standards aligned to ISO 19650.
•Lead BIM delivery activities on multidisciplinary projects, including development of BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), Information Delivery Plans (IDPs), and project-specific workflows.
•Ensure structural BIM deliverables are coordinated with Architecture, MEP, Infrastructure, and specialist disciplines through reviews, clash detection workshops, and issue resolution.
•Provide technical leadership for structural BIM modelling and coordination while mentoring BIM coordinators/modellers and supporting BIM training and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
•Minimum 12–15 years’ experience in the AEC industry and at least 8 years of BIM leadership on major multidisciplinary projects.
•Proven experience leading BIM delivery for large-scale structural engineering projects across the Middle East.
•Demonstrable experience implementing ISO 19650 workflows and information management practices across projects.
•Expert proficiency with tools such as Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Navisworks Manage, Autodesk Forma, and Revizto, plus knowledge of Common Data Environment (CDE) governance and interoperability.
