Job Summary

Drive customer value for Celonis by translating AI and business challenges into proof-of-value projects, demos, and business cases. •Translate customer objectives into value assessments or proof-of-value projects, including building Celonis business cases and demos.
•Understand customers’ AI strategy and business challenges to identify the best problem-solution fit and shape innovative Celonis use cases.
•Facilitate business value workshops and use Celonis to qualify opportunities for process enhancement and derive improvement measures.
•Present results and realized value to senior management and C-level executives, communicating value opportunities and strategic roadmaps.
•Own the end-to-end customer value journey across landing, expanding, adoption, and renewal, and provide product feedback based on new use cases.

Key Requirements

•7+ years in an analytical role demonstrating business value through data analysis, business process improvement, and software deployment, ideally in solution consulting or sales engineering.
•Good knowledge of business software/SaaS applications (e.g., SAP/Oracle) with experience implementing RPA and/or BI tools and building dashboards/apps and action flows.
•Hands-on process mining experience is preferred, with hands-on SQL experience and Python preferred.
•Experience identifying business use cases for process improvement, deploying improvement measures, and acting as a change agent while training users/process owners.
•Experience planning and managing project scopes, timelines, and expectations, including communicating value roadmaps and results to stakeholders in English.
