Job Summary

Lead the Digital Strategy & Business Case Advisory practice and drive its growth across Germany. Support new business generation, identify and position consulting projects, and take responsibility for practice targets, operational execution, and performance/service delivery. Manage and develop multidisciplinary teams, create best practices and advisory standards, and help define market entry strategy for Atos Amplify while partnering closely with sales and growth stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Support new business generation with new and existing clients, and identify and proactively position consulting projects within Atos’ technology landscape.
•Own practice targets and take responsibility for the professional and disciplinary leadership of assigned employees.
•Drive further development and build-up of the practice, including operational responsibility aligned to global and local initiatives and targets.
•Support defining and evolving the market entry strategy for Atos Amplify in Germany and provide internal/external advisory representation for the practice.
•Lead internal and client projects independently, manage multidisciplinary teams, and ensure performance/service delivery (including process standardization and SLA compliance).

Key Requirements

•Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Informatics, Engineering, Digital Transformation, Business Administration).
•Typically 10+ years’ experience in management or technology consulting, focused on industry consulting, digital strategy and digital transformation, outsourcing, and related areas.
•Deep knowledge of areas relevant to the role and the practice.
•Strong commercial understanding and customer orientation.
•Proven ability to influence and build trust at C-level, particularly with COOs, CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and business transformation leaders.
