Job Summary

Ensure process and quality performance for sheet metal manufacturing areas at the Compressors and HVAC plants. Audit and maintain methods and quality records, update PFMEA, Plan de Control, and JSA, and control line balancing using STD work. Measure and improve SCRAP, FPY, DPU, downtime, and efficiency indicators, support engineering changes and new projects, and analyze concessions and warranties, complaints, and CARs.

Key Responsibilities

•Audit and maintain processes to ensure safety, quality, production, delivery, and cost objectives.
•Maintain and update method sheets, visual aids, and quality formats/records; keep quality documentation current at the source.
•Update PFMEA for product/process changes and ensure compliance with the Control Plan and JSA.
•Define and control line balancing, STD work, and combined work sheets; support improvements to SCRAP, FPY, DPU, downtime, and line efficiency.
•Support engineering changes and new projects, participate in Gembas and RIES, and analyze concessions/warranties, complaints, and CARs.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and/or Mechanical Engineering.
•Experience in manufacturing engineering, process engineering, or quality.
•Around 3 years of knowledge relevant to assembly/sheet metal/machining responsibilities.
•Knowledge of Autocad, Office, Lean Manufacturing, Core tools, DMAIC, and GD&T.
•Conversational advanced English.
