Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the endpoint platform: Jamf Pro for macOS, Intune/Autopilot for Windows, and partner configuration for compliance baselines with Security.
  • •Engineer the device lifecycle, including zero-touch provisioning, automated onboarding/offboarding, hardware refreshes, DLP, and forensics.
  • •Build and maintain automation for fleet management using Python and scripts against Jamf, Intune, and Okta APIs, including event-driven workflows.
  • •Partner with Security on endpoint posture (EDR coverage, device trust/Okta FastPass, disk encryption/key escrow, and browser management).
  • •Serve as final escalation for endpoint issues and fix root causes so issues don’t recur.

Salary: USD 153,000 - 210,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years in endpoint, client, or IT systems engineering, including direct ownership of a macOS MDM environment at 1000+ devices.
  • •Deep, hands-on Jamf experience and real Windows management experience with Intune, Autopilot, and Entra.
  • •Strong scripting/automation ability in Python, Bash, or Swift, with experience building tooling using vendor APIs.
  • •Working fluency with an identity provider (Okta preferred), including SSO, MFA, device trust, and identity/endpoint policy integration.
  • •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with non-technical teams.
