Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end payroll for assigned countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
  • •Prepare, review, and submit monthly payroll data inputs to outsourced providers.
  • •Process payroll changes (new hires, terminations, compensation updates, and benefits).
  • •Review and validate payroll drafts, perform monthly reconciliations and control summaries, and ensure payroll payments are processed accurately and on time.
  • •Partner with Finance and ERC for month-end close, respond to payroll queries, support audits/compliance/reporting, and contribute to payroll transformation projects (including UK payroll system implementation).

Key Requirements

  • •Relevant experience in payroll, specifically with Irish and UK payroll legislation and compliance.
  • •Proven experience managing end-to-end payroll processes.
  • •Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • •Ability to manage multiple payrolls and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Additional experience in EMEA and/or US payroll is a plus.
