Job Summary

Strategic full-cycle recruiter for high-growth AI/Builder org, owning search for senior technical leaders (AI, solution architecture, cloud) and building diverse pipelines across enterprise software, cloud, and consulting. Partner with hiring leaders, deliver data-driven hiring, and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience while navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Recruit and hire senior technical talent including Strategic Builders, AI Solution Architects, Enterprise Architects, Technical Consultants, and Technical Advisors.
•Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract passive talent from leading technology, cloud, consulting, and enterprise software organizations.
•Serve as a trusted talent advisor to hiring leaders by providing market insights, pipeline updates, and hiring recommendations.
•Navigate ambiguity and translate evolving business priorities into scalable recruiting strategies.
•Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience while driving successful hiring outcomes through a data-driven approach.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 69,600 - 95,700 annually

Key Requirements

•6+ years of recruiting experience (agency and/or in-house) hiring technical talent within enterprise software, cloud, AI, consulting, or professional services organizations.
•Proven success recruiting for complex, customer-facing technical roles such as Solution Architects, Enterprise Architects, Technical Consultants, Professional Services Leaders, AI Consultants, Technical Account Managers, or Customer Success Architects.
•Strong understanding of enterprise technology, cloud platforms, AI/LLM ecosystems, data platforms, and solution architecture functions.
•Demonstrated expertise sourcing and hiring passive talent through advanced sourcing, networking, and competitive intelligence strategies.
•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while managing multiple priorities.
