Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as Finance Business Partner to Sales, Customer, and Marketing by leading strategic planning, forecasting, and monthly reporting.
  • •Partner with GTM leadership, Revenue Operations, and the FP&A Manager to align headcount and resource plans with ARR goals.
  • •Maintain and refine GTM headcount planning while guiding investment decisions across hiring, programs, vendors, travel, systems, and other operating expenses.
  • •Analyze commission expense and trends to identify key drivers and improve forecast accuracy and recommendations.
  • •Prepare actionable reporting packages for operating reviews and forecast cycles and translate GTM metrics into financial implications.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, strategic finance, or related analytical experience, ideally in SaaS or high-growth environments supporting customer-facing teams.
  • •Experience with budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning, and monthly reporting processes.
  • •Ability to build and improve financial models, reporting packages, and planning processes, distilling complex data into clear insights.
  • •Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills; can explain financial concepts to non-finance leaders.
  • •Comfort working with FP&A systems and automation/AI-enabled tools; proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets; Pigment/Anaplan/Adaptive experience is a plus.
