Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure construction materials comply with RTA specifications, approved material lists, and project contract requirements.
  • •Review and approve material submittals, source approvals, mix designs, and compliance certificates to RTA and local authority standards.
  • •Coordinate and witness RTA-mandated laboratory and field testing for concrete, asphalt, soil, aggregates, steel, and other road and structural materials.
  • •Monitor asphalt, concrete, and earthworks materials to ensure conformity with approved designs and specifications.
  • •Liaise with RTA-approved laboratories, third-party testing agencies, and authority representatives during inspections and audits; support material-related NCRs and corrective/preventive actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Relevant BSc degree from a recognized university.
  • •Must be a holder of Dubai Central Laboratory approval.
  • •Work experience of not less than 10 years in design, construction, and supervision of roads, bridges, and infrastructure.
  • •Full knowledge of existing infrastructure networks in the Emirates of Dubai.
  • •Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience conducting quality inspections with ISO9000 quality systems.
