Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Investment Counsellors with client-related tasks including account reviews, investment proposal generation, translations of marketing materials, order taking, and trade execution.
  • •Support investment initiatives such as preparing materials for product campaigns, switches, pitch book generation, and portfolio optimisations.
  • •Provide administrative assistance including meeting and business trip scheduling and organisation, and preparation of reports and dashboards.
  • •Maintain HSBC internal control standards by timely implementing internal/external audit points and addressing issues raised by regulators.
  • •Understand, follow, and demonstrate compliance with applicable internal and external rules, regulations, and compliance policies.

  • •Passion and interest in the financial markets.
