Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a cross-functional team to execute the release of new products and ensure successful ROI for development.
  • •Plan and manage projects in MS Project from opportunity assessment through release to market, ensuring delivery within budget.
  • •Coordinate with wafer fabrication, assembly, and test sites to guarantee schedule, cost, and quality.
  • •Maintain up-to-date project schedules and provide weekly/monthly status updates to senior management, including issue explanations.
  • •Drive product reliability and qualification efforts, including tri-temp characterization, qualification plan development, and failure analysis for root-cause reliability issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's in electrical engineering or related engineering degree.
  • •Experience with project engineering/management on highly complex products/projects.
  • •Proven leadership capabilities leading multifaceted global organizations.
  • •Track record in indirect management and influence.
  • •Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and set realistic plans based on tasks and resources.
