Serve as the primary authority on enterprise architectural standards, principles, and reusable reference models for the TSA Enterprise Architecture Support Team under the EASS contract. You will enforce EA governance across portfolio and solution levels, review TSA programs and projects, support FITARA-related reviews, and develop standardized templates aligned with FEAF v2.0 and DoDAF. The role also includes embedded program support, executive-secretariat governance support, and modernization analysis to enable standardization and reuse.

•Review TSA programs and projects and apply architectural principles, standards, and reference models in deliverables and artifacts.
•Support EA governance processes and reviews, including FITARA-related reviews.
•Serve as an embedded architect for assigned programs/projects and guide application of standards and reference models.
•Develop/update reference architecture templates, patterns, and guidance; support AoAs, gap analyses, modernization, and TSA/DHS compliance for architectural deliverables.

Key Requirements

•US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field.
•8+ years of progressive Enterprise Architecture experience, including at least 4 years focused on architectural standards, reference models, and governance.
•Strong working knowledge of FEAF v2.0 and DoDAF frameworks.
•Proven ability to develop/enforce reference architectures and conduct architectural reviews with governance support (e.g., FITARA, EA review boards).
