Provide functional support for Air Mobility Command flying squadrons by supporting aircrew with setup, maintenance, restoration, and application support for Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) devices. Perform device activation, password reset/unlock procedures, lost mode and device retrieval, and handle End User Stand Alone (EUSA) setup and OS updates using MDM configuration profiles. Review audit logs for unauthorized access or configuration changes while maintaining required Secret clearance.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform set-up, maintenance, and restoration on aircrew EFB devices, including device activation.
•Perform device/application password reset and device/application unlock procedures.
•Initiate lost mode and device retrieval as needed.
•Support End User Stand Alone (EUSA) device set-up per MDM provider and HQ AMC EFB Program Office configuration profiles.
•Initiate EUSA OS updates as approved by DISA and review audit logs for unauthorized access or configuration changes.

Salary: 77,000 - 80,000

Key Requirements

•Experience troubleshooting and loading software on computers, servers and/or EFB devices.
•Experience serving in an aircrew position and/or knowledge about squadron flying operations; knowledge about Electronic Flight Bag devices is desired.
•Experience working with iOS (Apple) operating system software is strongly desired.
•A high school degree or GED is preferred.
•Must have an active Secret Security Clearance.
