Job Summary

Ensure clients’ security infrastructures remain operational as a Security Managed Services Engineer (L2). Monitor, identify, investigate, and resolve incidents and technical problems while managing queues and updating tickets within SLA. Execute changes with proper approvals, support escalations and L1 triage, and collaborate with automation teams to automate routine tasks. Audit tickets for quality, recommend improvements, and contribute to trend analysis and maintenance documentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor and manage security incidents and problems, investigating and resolving issues to restore service efficiently within SLA.
•Handle client requests/tickets using technical expertise, updating tickets with resolution actions and logging incidents promptly.
•Execute changes responsibly, flag risks and mitigation plans, and ensure changes have proper approvals.
•Collaborate with automation teams to optimize and automate routine tasks and support seamless shift handovers.
•Assist initial client escalations with L1 triage/troubleshooting and support change management via thorough documentation and maintenance compliance.

Key Requirements

•Experience handling security infrastructure in managed services and working knowledge of ticketing tools, preferably ServiceNow.
•Proficiency with active listening techniques such as paraphrasing and probing.
•Excellent planning skills to anticipate and adjust to changing circumstances.
•Strong communication ability to engage across different cultures and social groups.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in IT/Computing, or relevant work experience.
