Job Summary

As a Solution Expert on the DealHub team, you will act as a technical trusted advisor for customers, build tailored solutions, and lead onboarding through implementation, configuration, and integrations. You’ll run customer meetings, understand workflows, configure the software, and collaborate with Customer Success, Support, and Product teams to ensure a successful, scalable deployment.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead onboarding and implementation efforts, configuring the DealHub solution to meet customer requirements.
•Hold technical sessions with customers and coordinate with Success, Support, and Product teams to drive successful deployments.
•Understand customers’ business workflows and requirements to build tailored solutions.
•Configure the software, answer questions, and ensure client satisfaction with the implemented solution.
•Manage multiple tasks and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable outcomes.

Key Requirements

•Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
•Excellent communication skills with strong customer-facing orientation
•Extraordinary logical thinking, with strong analytical skills and a data-oriented mind
•Proven experience of at least 1 year of implementing information systems for external customers
•Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
