Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, design, and govern the Amrize AI and automation roadmap using Birlasoft Sigma GenEx, supplemented by AWS and Google AI services.
  • •Define AI/automation use cases across Service Desk, desktop support, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Collaboration, and SAP.
  • •Integrate and orchestrate Sigma GenEx with approved enterprise systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Dynatrace, PagerDuty, Nexthink, Saviynt, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Patronum, Google Workspace, SAP GRC).
  • •Ensure security, responsible-AI, access, architecture, UAT, CAB, and production-readiness controls for AI/automation deployments.
  • •Own transition/hypercare closure: due diligence, KT, shadow/reverse-shadow, validating inventories/access/SOPs/runbooks, and supporting operational readiness evidence.

Key Requirements

  • •Lead AI/automation roadmap governance using Birlasoft Sigma GenEx (agentic AI, GenAI orchestration, RAG, and AI governance).
  • •Hands-on knowledge of Amazon Bedrock/Amazon Q and Google Vertex AI/Gemini for grounded AI, agents, and knowledge augmentation/workflow automation.
  • •Experience integrating Sigma GenEx with enterprise systems including ServiceNow and SAP GRC, plus additional listed platforms (Dynatrace, PagerDuty, Nexthink, Saviynt, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Patronum, Google Workspace).
  • •Operational expertise to ensure security, responsible-AI, architecture, UAT, CAB, and production readiness controls for automation in service contexts.
  • •Ability to measure outcomes such as ticket automation, deflection, FCR, MTTR, DEX, and benefit realization.
