Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with the design of storm and foul drainage networks for residential, commercial, and industrial developments.
  • •Support flood risk assessments, site inspections, and the preparation of technical reports.
  • •Prepare design drawings in 2D and 3D and work alongside CAD technicians as part of project teams.
  • •Help manage project correspondence and support project cost and programme tracking.
  • •Work closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams under the guidance of senior engineers.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree-qualified Civil Engineer working towards Chartered Engineer status.
  • •Experience or interest in drainage networks, SuDS, pumping stations, water distribution, and flow control systems.
  • •Familiarity with design tools such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, and drainage modelling software (WinDes or MicroDrainage).
  • •Basic understanding of road and pavement design, flood risk, and relevant approval processes (e.g., Section 50).
