Expand the non-life insurance customer base by executing marketing activities according to the plan. Recruit, onboard, and coach brokers and agents to meet customer needs and grow their insurance business. Introduce new products, sales tools, and marketing materials, guide brokers and agents on activities and customer service, and support them in securing new business opportunities. Monitor performance and collaborate with Underwriting and Sales Support teams to drive growth.
