Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects from initiation through completion.
  • •Work directly with clients to prepare scope, delivery resource requirements, cost estimates and budgets, and schedules with milestones.
  • •Conduct qualification processes, run RFPs, complete bid evaluations, and recommend project delivery resources.
  • •Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements and ensure project data integrity.
  • •Direct the project delivery team, create action plans to meet objectives/budget/schedule, and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree preferred with 5–8 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • •LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designations preferred.
  • •Ability to exercise judgment from analysis across multiple information sources.
  • •Advanced organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset.
  • •In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
