Supervisor Production (Debone) - 1st Shift - Forest, MS

Oversee production operations to maintain high output, quality, yields, and a safe working environment. Ensure daily production orders are fulfilled, staffing is ready for line start-up, and equipment and workstations meet required standards (including USDA inspection). Manage inventory rotation and product coding, lead safety routines and monthly meetings, and provide training, retention, and counseling to team members while supporting quality through continuous education.
