Key Responsibilities

  • •Own governance of CMS sales incentive programs globally, partnering with Sales, Finance, HR, Total Rewards, and Sales Compensation to align plans to business priorities.
  • •Define and maintain consistent compensation performance frameworks across regions and business units, using standardized metrics, scorecards, and executive reporting to drive transparency and accountability.
  • •Partner with regional and business leaders on seller target-setting and annual/quarterly planning, including scenario modeling and ensuring alignment across objectives, quotas, and incentive measures.
  • •Own attainment analysis, payout analysis, and incentive plan effectiveness reporting, translating complex data into actionable executive-level insights.
  • •Simplify and standardize performance management and incentive processes globally by identifying automation/AI opportunities and managing operating rhythms and cross-team handoffs.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree (or 8+ with an Advanced degree; or 3+ with a PhD).
  • •12+ years of experience in sales compensation, performance management, commercial operations, sales operations, business planning, finance, or related fields.
  • •Experience designing, governing, or improving sales incentive programs and target/quota/seller assignment or performance management processes.
  • •Demonstrated ability to work with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders to drive measurable outcomes.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including translating complex data into business recommendations and building executive reporting/dashboards.
