Lead geo-environmental engineering projects in Western Australia, delivering ground investigations, risk management, and land development support. Key Responsibilities

•Deliver complex geo-environmental projects related to ground investigations, risk management, major urban infrastructure works, and multidisciplinary engineering.
•Develop technical documents (reports, specifications, drawings) for key clients across project phases (concept to decommissioning).
•Lead tenders, proposals, bids and pursuits with varied stakeholders.
•Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing and technical excellence.
•Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with legislation, standards, and project specifications.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Geotechnical, or related).
•Typically 10+ years’ experience in Geo-environmental, Civil or Geotechnical engineering.
•Civil/environmental/geotechnical design experience, including subsurface environmental risk management, geosynthetics, embankments, earthworks, and surface water management.
•Proven ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary projects, including scope, variations, and team coordination across hybrid environments.
•Strong project management capabilities with a focus on balancing innovation, quality, technical excellence, and delivery to timelines and budget.
