Key Responsibilities

•Own the acquisition pipeline for priority fashion brands in selected EU markets—identify, prospect, pitch, and sign strategic accounts that drive category GMV
•Lead end-to-end commercial closings from first outreach through term sheet, onboarding, and the first 90 days of activation
•Engage C-suite/VP/Director stakeholders (e.g., Heads of E-Commerce, Digital Directors, Country GMs) to position TikTok Shop as a strategic channel
•Drive ongoing account growth for acquired partners, accountable for sustained GMV growth, seller health, and progression on TikTok Shop
•Plan intra-EU scaling and execute content/creator/campaign activation to improve performance and expand into additional EU countries

Key Requirements

•5+ years of work experience in Operations, Account management, or a similar field
•Proven track record in direct acquisition, business development, or strategic sales with enterprise-level deal closures
•Experience engaging C-suite, VP, and Director-level stakeholders and aligning multiple decision-makers to close complex deals
•Strong commercial acumen to size opportunities, build business cases, negotiate terms, and drive measurable outcomes using data
•Fluency in Mandarin to facilitate collaboration with Chinese stakeholders
