Machine Maintenance Manager

Lead day-to-day molding equipment maintenance activities and coordinate resources to support production schedules. Drive plant safety, quality, and productivity goals, manage maintenance across all shifts, and oversee continuous improvement initiatives. Partner with molding and cross-functional teams to address safety, quality, scrap, downtime, and operational challenges, while ensuring compliance with safety regulations, GMP, and SQF requirements. Develop the maintenance leadership team and deliver cost savings through reporting, root-cause analysis, and capital recommendations.
