Key Responsibilities

•Maintain and secure all inventory for the unit, ensuring neat, organized inventory areas and proper documentation when allocated to locations.
•Oversee shipping and receiving of the unit’s inventory, verify inbound/outbound shipment quantities, and complete paperwork.
•Supervise the Stockperson to ensure timely inventory transfers and proper documentation, and manage load-in/load-out of trailers.
•Assist manager in identifying secure storage locations for stock, equipment, and trailers, coordinating with venues and staff.
•Perform administrative duties for inventory control, maintain documentation, and support nightly settlement processes.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•High School diploma or equivalent.
•2 years Shipping & Receiving experience - Warehouse and/or Inventory management preferred.
•Valid Driver’s License.
•Valid Passport (must be able to work domestically and internationally).
•Familiarity with Microsoft Office software and a variety of computer programs.
