Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic leadership across the full lifecycle of project delivery with a focus on pre-contract cost planning and commercial governance.
  • •Lead cost management services from concept through project completion, including feasibility studies, benchmarking, budgeting, cost control frameworks, and governance structures.
  • •Act as primary client interface and trusted commercial advisor, leading stakeholder meetings, workshops, presentations, and commercial reviews.
  • •Oversee project controls and commercial management, including procurement, contract administration, cost reporting, forecasting, change management, and final accounts.
  • •Lead and mentor Cost Managers and project teams, driving performance, professional development, succession planning, and recruitment support.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of experience in cost management, quantity surveying, commercial management, or project delivery.
  • •Professional accreditation such as MRICS, AIQS, or equivalent international membership is highly preferred.
  • •Proven experience leading the full lifecycle of cost management services, particularly pre-contract cost planning and commercial strategy.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary project teams and managing client relationships at a senior level.
  • •Experience delivering project types such as sports facilities (stadiums/arenas/sports complexes), mixed-use developments, urban development and regeneration, large-scale infrastructure, or complex landmark projects.
