SAG Workout Officer III

Assist with the orderly liquidation/exit and rehabilitation of large, complex credits, working with a Portfolio Manager to monitor positions, track covenants and exceptions, and drive strategic plans to maximize returns. Own risk responsibilities by escalating concerns and following policies while identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks. Collect past-due accounts, recommend and negotiate actions on administrative loans, maintain credit/collateral files, and mentor junior workout officers.
