Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver strong net retention and gross retention through effective communication, risk mitigation, and expansion discovery.
  • •Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers across the contract management lifecycle.
  • •Partner with sales teams on account planning to drive total book of business growth.
  • •Understand and document customer business priorities and current Atlassian use to optimize value and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • •Forecast renewal pipeline weekly and maintain operational excellence through continuous improvement and prioritization.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, sales, or a relevant business area working with enterprise (Fortune 1000) customers, preferably with direct client management for B2B SaaS.
  • •Consultative sales approach with strong discovery and the ability to navigate complex business needs and requirements.
  • •Proven ability to build strong relationships, grow accounts across a book of business, and prioritize time amidst competing priorities.
  • •Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance goals.
  • •Familiarity with Atlassian products and common use cases, plus CRM and business intelligence tools (Salesforce preferred, Tableau, Gainsight, Clari), and work collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack, Google Suite preferred).
