Key Responsibilities

  • •Research and map the Portfolio Manager onboarding and offboarding journey, identify gaps, and propose solutions.
  • •Clean up and maintain vendor and budget data with a repeatable categorization and reconciliation process.
  • •Build or improve presentation and educational materials used by new Portfolio Managers.
  • •Design tracking templates and processes for handling incoming market and product questions from external Portfolio Managers.
  • •Document processes and proactively surface ideas to improve efficiency, data quality, and transparency across the FE platform.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 115,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • •Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple concurrent projects and follow through independently.
  • •Strong interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable interviewing stakeholders across functions and seniority levels.
  • •Familiarity with PowerPoint, Excel, Claude, and Confluence.
  • •Genuine curiosity about how a hedge fund platform operates, interest in process improvement, and ability to maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive information.
