Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive emergency and non-emergency calls, record significant information, and address requests by transmitting information to the proper departments.
  • •Monitor venue CCTV during all event phases to ensure safety and protect people and property.
  • •Log incident reports and maintain incident logs for each event using the OnTrack system and related processes.
  • •Monitor and log two-way radio communication for security, medical, and police, prioritizing calls by urgency and importance.
  • •Communicate pertinent information to staff at pre-show meetings and investigate/resolve complaints via venue CCTV.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20 - 25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • •At least 2 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
  • •Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • •Experience with CCTV software is strongly preferred.
  • •Ability to remain calm and composed in emergency situations while multi-tasking and working with little supervision.
