Key Responsibilities

  • •Travel to client locations to diagnose, maintain, and repair Lucid vehicles in the field.
  • •Serve as a service advisor and perform parts department duties including ordering, returns, and inventory management.
  • •Use the appropriate software suite to document all customer vehicle interactions accurately.
  • •Perform walk-around and write-up processes to assess client needs and diagnose primary concerns.
  • •Invoice and collect payment, support scheduling/phone calls, and provide support at the service center based on demand.

Key Requirements
