Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete the 14-week Technical Sales program (GTP) and begin onboarding with a predetermined office location.
  • •After the program, assume Associate Account Manager responsibilities specializing in Equipment, Services, or Controls.
  • •Sell HVAC equipment and building management controls to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.
  • •Partner with engineers, architects, contractors, and owners/developers on the design, application, and sales of equipment, controls, parts, and services.
  • •Develop sales strategies and execute territory plans to meet or exceed sales targets, including securing design wins and managing the sales channel.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering Technology, or Engineering) completed prior to the Graduate Training Program start.
  • •Passion for continuous learning in technical fields to understand and communicate engineering solutions.
  • •Prior internship experience at Trane Technologies or ability to start in-office work 3 months prior to the GTP start date.
  • •Be a U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
  • •Ability to temporarily relocate for the 14-week training program and hold a valid driver’s license for at least 12 months.
