Manager, Surveillance (L9)

Lead marketing surveillance and monitoring activities that validate process governance and effectiveness across Growth marketing. Execute process testing using prescribed methodologies, write test scripts, and document procedures with supporting evidence. Analyze results to identify defects, determine root cause, and drive closed-loop remediation with process owners. Maintain strong knowledge of Growth processes and regulatory changes, partner with Growth teams on the annual surveillance plan, and manage workpaper/evidence repositories.
