Key Responsibilities

•Act as a recognized signal processing subject matter expert, technical leader, and/or functional leader responsible for the budget, schedule, development, execution, and completion of complex program objectives.
•Use and modify simulations for the design, development, prototyping, integration, testing, and performance assessment of RF algorithms and models.
•Participate in production, engineering lab, field test environments to test, verify, and validate RF models and signal processing algorithm performance in accordance with requirements.
•Collaborate in all development phases from program start-up to live-fire testing, making improvements to processes and providing signal processing expertise in design reviews, peer reviews, and technical briefings to internal and external customers.
•Oversee a technical team, mentor engineers, and/or manage an engineering project.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
•RF signal processing experience
•C programming language, or Object-Oriented Programming with C++, C#, or Java
•Experience with algorithm design, implementation, analysis, testing, and optimization
•Experience managing or leading others in an engineering environment
