Key Responsibilities

•Own, mature, expand, and operate our existing change management processes with internal teams and our product and banking partners
•Support day-to-day relationship management with Mercury’s bank partners related to new feature and product launches
•Help build the knowledge base for how our partnerships work and a framework for our internal teams to support new feature development
•Onboard and train Mercury employees on any external tools or dashboards they need to work with partners
•Work with risk and compliance to create reporting and feedback processes that can scale alongside product development

Key Requirements

•Have 7+ years of experience in financial services or banking operations, with at least 3 years supporting bank partnerships
•Strong relationship-building skills and ability to be the operational go-to for change requests related to bank partners
•Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
•Highly collaborative and tuned in to partner expectations
•Ability to manage time-sensitive reporting deliverables and deadlines, and to automate processes where possible
