Job Summary

Own the strategy and delivery for a product sub-domain, translating customer and business needs into outcome-focused roadmaps. Partner with Engineering, Design, Operations, and Go-to-Market to prioritize for value, manage trade-offs, and deliver measurable improvements. Define epics and acceptance criteria, lead discovery workshops, set OKRs/KPIs, and ensure operational readiness and compliance across releases in a hybrid London/Swindon environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for the sub-domain aligned to customer needs and business goals.
•Build and maintain a value-driven roadmap, making trade-offs using data, risk, and opportunity sizing.
•Translate business and customer needs into epics, features, and user stories with measurable acceptance criteria, and groom the backlog.
•Partner with Engineering and Design to evaluate solution options (including API/microservices patterns) and ensure feasibility and scalability.
•Set success metrics (OKRs/KPIs), lead discovery workshops, drive operational readiness, and ensure compliance, security, and resilience needs are addressed early.

Key Requirements

•Experience in product management in agile cross-functional environments delivering digital products.
•Ability to define product vision, create and prioritize roadmaps, and deliver measurable outcomes against OKRs/KPIs.
•Strong requirements skills to translate customer problems into testable, outcome-oriented acceptance criteria.
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management across executives, engineering, and customer-facing teams.
•Comfort working with API/microservices and cloud platforms (desirable).
