Key Responsibilities

  • •Recommend and implement projects, improvements, and long-range planning; create short- and long-term improvement plans.

Key Requirements

  • •A bachelor’s degree in an engineering field (preferred) plus five years’ experience in a manufacturing or technical service environment.
  • •Minimum one-year budget experience or the demonstrated ability to learn and manage these responsibilities.
  • •Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and employees using relevant change and documentation processes (NCMR, ECN, ECR).
  • •Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively in a team-oriented environment and facilitate development assignments.
  • •Excellent familiarity with general assembly operations for both Navy/Nuclear and commercial valve assembly.
