Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop a team of associates and researchers for executive search and talent mapping.
  • •Drive executive market intelligence by integrating research, internal data, secondary sources, and competitor org designs into actionable analyses.
  • •Oversee direct sourcing strategies and 0-to-1 talent mappings across competitive landscapes, building bench strength 12–24+ months ahead.
  • •Collaborate with extended teams to align full lifecycle TA technology and service delivery transformation priorities.
  • •Champion emerging AI recruiting platforms and refine research toolkits and insight visualizations to improve productivity and insight quality.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 206,000 - 235,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
  • •7+ years of experience in executive research, talent intelligence, executive recruiting, or talent acquisition management.
  • •9+ years of experience advising and influencing executive leadership.
  • •9+ years of recruiting or research experience in a global in-house recruiting team, executive search firm, or large multinational organization.
  • •9+ years of management consulting experience.
