Design and deliver corporate learning for Pandora Production by managing training logistics, planning courses and programs, and updating learning materials. Serve as content expert and internal trainer, verifying learning methodology and supporting effective program launches. Coordinate with vendors, trainers, and facilities teams to ensure readiness of rooms and equipment, compile training evaluations, and manage training documentation and course expenses.
